Lavender can be enjoyed with a variety of senses: sight, when lavender fields are covered in a rich purple color, smell, because lavender emits a soothing aroma, and taste receptors, when lavender is incorporated into cooking.
We invite you to Lavender Village excursion and degustation events, which are led by the farm's founder Jūrate.
EXCURSION IN THE FARM
During the excursion, while walking through the field of fragrant blooming lavender, Jūratė tells about the unique qualities of lavender, the peculiarities of its cultivation and the ways of daily use.
These excursions are topped off with a tasting of lavender cookies and tea made on the farm.

SCENTS AND FLAVORS OF LAVENDER
If you are looking for new flavors in your everyday life, the tasting-education "Lavender scents and flavors" will give you fresh and aromatic experiences. In Lavender Village, we grow fragrant lavender, from which we make various delicacies.
During the degustation, you will taste lavender prepared in various ways, also you will get to know this plant in confectionery and cooking.

LAVENDER TEA TASTING EXPERIENCE
We invite you to a fragrant lavender tea tasting experience at Lavender Village farm, where you will discover the teas grown on our farm and offered in our farm shop.
During the educational tasting, you will sample six different teas: lavender, lavender–mint, lavender–thyme, lavender–blackcurrant leaf, “Balance”, and Christmas lavender tea. You will learn what makes these teas unique, what ingredients they contain, and the beneficial properties of the plants used in them.
We will also talk about aromas and their effects – for example, what linalool, menthol, or cinnamaldehyde are, and how these natural molecules shape the aroma and flavor of tea. You will also discover which desserts or snacks pair best with each tea.
This is a cozy, aromatic, and educational experience that allows you to explore the world of lavender teas through taste, aroma, and plant knowledge.
